Forest Hill 

This home was a full renovation with an addition.  The home had been passed along from the parents to the daughter.  She and her husband decided to make it their home however they needed more space and they wanted to update it.  PROBUILT by Michael Upshall specializes in this type of work and did a superb job.  I began work on the project in the early stages and was able to recommend a few changes to the floor plan that worked better for the family.  I then helped the homeowners with virtually every aspect of the design and decoration of their home.  We started with assessing which furnishings they were going to keep and which furnishings they were going to update.  We then chose all finishes, paint colours and finally new furnishings, window treatments, cushions and accessories.  My mandate for the project was what the homeowner called "fusion".  We achieved this by adding some contemporary pieces into a traditional framework.  It was a two year project that was well worth the wait.
